    Kybella® Injectable | Virtual Training

    Introduction to Kybella® Use

    ATM’s Kybella® certification class is an all-inclusive virtual aesthetics training class for medical professionals entering the cosmetic field of practice. Our online course allows participants to study this aesthetic procedure and begin administering Kybella® treatments immediately after completion.

    The Kybella® training course includes a presentation about the FDA-approved deoxycholic acid product for the treatment of submental fat. Although the use of Kybella® in areas beyond the submental region is not FDA-approved, it is recognized as off-label use and is widely accepted within the professional community.

    Kybella® Hands-On Training

    The Kybella® hands-on training class is certified by our cosmetic injectable educators. It uses the FDA-approved Kybella® product for cosmetic injections, allowing participants to begin administering treatments upon completion. The class supplies and models are provided. The hands-on session is performed at our private practice and a certificate of competency will be awarded after class completion.

    What is Kybella® and how does it work?

    Kybella® (deoxycholic acid) is an FDA-approved injectable that destroys fat cells beneath the chin. It is a naturally occurring molecule that disrupts fat cell membranes, leading to permanent, gradual reduction of submental fullness.

    Who is eligible to take this course?

    This training is designed for licensed medical professionals — including RNs, APRNs, and qualified medical providers — who wish to add Kybella® to their aesthetic practice.

    Is the hands-on training included in the online course?

    The virtual certification course is completed online. The hands-on demonstration is a separate session at our private practice facility. Please contact us for scheduling and pricing.

    Are off-label Kybella® areas covered in this course?

    This foundational course focuses on the FDA-approved submental treatment area. Off-label applications may be covered in our Advanced Class available after 90 days.

    Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

    Yes. A certificate of competency is awarded upon successful completion of the course and the hands-on training session at our private practice.

    While actively involved with all the aforementioned her goal is to set the standard in aesthetic medical and cosmetic care by educating the budding future practitioners of the field.
